Last night while sitting at the bar my g/f looks at me and says "Its been about 8 months, I believe I should be able to drive the S2k atleast once." Being the picky person I am about my cars, noone has driven my car but me since Ive owned it... well one other person... my dad and hes asked and since hasnt driven it again. I look at her and say "Well maybe... I dunno" she looks back at me and says... "Its nothing more than a souped up Miata, cmon let me drive it once". I look at her and say "Well, since you said that... itll be another 8 months now before I think about it again... Miata... MIATA!?". I cant believe she said that shit about the S2000... I nearly left her sitting there.

 

You need to make her take a test- like in the movie "Diner".

 

I've been with my g/f for almost 5 years and she's only driven the S once! Although, I have offered to let her drive it on the dragon! But since my car is such a pain in the ass to drive now, she doesn't really want to anymore.

 

why?

 

Because my car is so low and stiff, and the roads around here suck, so she doesn't want hit anything, and I have a stiffer clutch and lighter flywheel, so getting off the line is a bit more trickey then she drove it with the stock clutch.
