I called yesterday to make an appointment with Leith Honda to look at some of the known problems with s2k's (window not going down automatically, loud downshifting), and when I gave the guy the service bulletin numbers, he was like "Oh you been on that s2ksi-something-dot-com website?" hehe that was funny. I was amazed they could look at it _the next day_ - I'm used to waiting 3 months at most dealers. I'll try to update on the quality of their repair service.

By the way, where do you guys get inspection stickers? I went to Jiffy Lube (my bad) and they were making me very nervous. I might just stick with the dealer from now on. Maybe they see enough s2k's not to go crazy at the sight of one.

What year of S2000 do you got? I got a 00' S, and downshifting is just loud as hell, but I dont know will the dealership will actually do anything about it unless to replace the entire transmission. Well, let me know the outcome of it... and what is the service bulletin# you got for the LOUD SHIFTING?

I have a '01. The service bulletin is 00-054 and applies to all 00's and 01's. I printed out a copy from somewhere on this site, I think under FAQ's?
