well went and took a closer look at this car. they are asking 12347.00 for it. it was reduce from 15k. well i'm going to have to put on my game face tomorrow. after looking closer, the right lower passenger seat has a 6to8 inch rip in it on the left. both front brakes are shot and need rotors and pads. these repairs would easily go over 1k dollars just in parts alone. sooooo i'm going to make them an offer of 11k or I will give what they ask if they fix the seat and the front brakes. otherwise i'm going to walk away from it. these repairs are so obvious and their calling it a creampuff. the car is not that bad but these issues would have to be resolved before I even think of getting it. well we will see what they say tomorrow.

Brakes are no big deal; pads and rotors are less than $200 easily. But the seat is a killer.

Make sure they fix the seat right, too. Not just some half ass repair. Good luck!

and i'll bet your right coolguy. the seat cover they priced blew their mind.1100$ for one lower seat cover from Honda. hell I can get both entire seats covered for 850. I told them i'd eat the seat repair if they put new rotors and pads on it but noooooo. they told me Saturday when I first looked at it that they had other potential buyers looking at it. if they were so potential it would already be gone lol. they told me they had 11500 in the car and that they would sell to me for 11769 + cost to fix brakes. I said I don't think so. I agree that they will be calling me back and if not, oh well.
