I LOVE it!
Thos other two cars are so FUGLY!
"The only one reason, ONE reason, you'd buy a Boxter. You couldn't afford a 911."
"9000 into third...and its legal!"
"Your car (Z4) rides like a corvette."
"...the steering wheel. Its like that on a SHIP!" (Boxter)
With its miserable 5.5 litre fuel tank it'll be lucky to reach the end of the track! (Z4)
True, all true!

I guess if they want to do one in the rain, we should write topgear and demand them to use the 06... then all will have traction controls... otherwise a dry track would be great.
I think S is faster compare to the other two, where I saw japanese stock racing S is always faster than boxter. I still think that Stick did a good job keeping the car planted in the rain, there was one corner, you can see the S fish tailed a bit.

I have that whole (1hr) episode on my PC. I think it was from early '04. They were out on the Isle of Man testing the then new BMW M3 CSL, the original M-car the M1, plus they had a first gen M3 and a second gen M5 (Richard's personal favorite). That was the new Stig's first episode; at the beginning of the episode there is a eulogy to the old stig who didn't survive jumping the NOS'ed up Jaguar off the flight deck of an aircraft carrier.

Wait a minute, you're telling me their original Stig is dead?
Although... you know those guys. But there is a new Stig, they did an introduction and all... Geez I wish I could post this vid...
He attempted to reach 100mph on the flight deck of the HMS Invinsable. He did 109mph.
