I'm afraid I can't be of much help here other than to point out that the S2000s stock brakes with any halfway decent brake pad are more than enough to lock up the tires when coming to an abrupt stop, so at least in stock form, the only way to really achieve better braking by any significant margin is through wider tires or a stickier compound. You could argue that they are less likely to overheat when used heavily i.e. hot laps on a track, but even that is stretching it.
Basically, even if it's possible I'm not sure it would be worth the trouble unless you spend a lot of time on the track.
That said, here's a post I found on 8th Civic where a guy says his friend is running the same calipers on S2000 rotors, so it would seem that it's a distinct possibility.

thanks guy. yeah on the 8th gen civic they pretty much bolt on all u have to do is drill the spindles to work with the 14mm tl bolts or insert threats to work with the civic 12mm bolts. am going to try and see what it would take to fit this on there this week.

I think they will fit fine, I saw the DIY accord calipers and they look very good.
Perhaps the TL calipers will look way better and unique!!!
Please do a DIY with pics if you decide to do it, I will love to have it done as well, thanks!
