I already used my vacation pay when my fiance and I went to Colorado to go snowboarding. I made sure that I had received all of my end of year bonuses and vacation before I put my two week notice in. Planning ahead as they say...

Good for you! Now make sure when you start your new job you have off July 14-16th so we all can go to the beach, I'm bringing my fiance' too, so I need more of my type down there to keep me out of trouble!

That's on a weekend, we might be able to go...that's one of the nice things about my new career I actually have the weekends off...I haven't had a Saturday off since I was 16!

hey if you need work in the charlotte metro area try ark moving and storage. talk to mike blair and that trathen dollar sent you. used to be a manager there. hard work but always paid half way decent. there located about 33 ave north on the north side of center city on north tryon st. its a option for a little cash for now good luck.

spiffey28694 thanks for the offer, but fortunately after going to the driving range with my new boss today I won't have to find a two week job. He is going to front me the money that I need to cover the two week gap! I must admit however, it is nice to have a community like this to fall back on.
