Me and the +1 are going to go cruise some mountain roads 2 Sundays from now, and just wanted to extend an invitation to anyone, who would like to tag along. We are going to the top of Tuggles Gap and eat some lunch, then drive back down the mini dragon( This is what my good friend calls it, he rides his bike up ther quite often). After this maybe we all can grab some dinner, or something.

This would be a perfect opportunity to snap some mountain photos to send to Saki for the calendar, or maybe get some dragon practice in. Hell, for those of us that have not ever been to the Dragon it could be a teaser for whats to come at the DBR!!!!

Anyway if you are interested send me a PM or you can call me on my cell @ 336-420-0134. I have no drive times right now, but I will post later. The top of Tuggles Gap is about 1.5/2hrs away from Greensboro if that helps anyone!!

Hey Matt, so that would be Aug. 6th? If so, I will join you for the cruise.

I will be painting my brake caliper that weekend, but it should be dry by Sunday.


Maybe late afternoon would be better for me. Around 3pm.

My weekend is up in the air. I'll watch this tread though. I do have plans on that Satuday. Sunday may be free. What are the roads/routes for this drive?

Cool let me know, The basic route is from Winston Salem 311 to highway 8 up into VA the atual route is on highway 8. We will goto the top then eat soem lunch and then have a fun time on the way down. I will map it out this weekend and let you know the miles and stuff. No matter what it's going to be a blast....I promise!!!
