Yeaaahh. Weather guy says near 80 today. I gotta find some place to drive to. Might go over the Greenville and check out the campus of ECU. Got lots of memories there. My bride and I met there .

 

batguano, I think that we can get away with pointless burning of petrol today. No need for a destination, the drive is what is important

I've go today AND Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday off. Guess what I'm doing?

....I have managed to score the rare afternoon out of the office...there WILL be some top-down time on the back roads !!!

 

damn gotta work today! and then I have to go to DC for the weekend...DOH!

 

TOP DOWN!!!!!!Wow I just came from lunch and it was awesome....this is the first time in like 3 months with the topdown, the weather here in Monroe/Charlotte area its great...around 75 deg with like 18 MPH winds.......IT MADE MY DAY... ...Now I'm much happier here at work....Have fun you guys...

I just got back from Greenville. Top down the whole time. Rode thru the ECU campus. Drew a lot of stares. Don't know if it was the car or 2 vintage people in it. Can't wait till Spring.

 

Topdown in 30 minutes.....

 

Flew home tonight and got in after the sun, but still dropped the top for the drive home. I left the airport, looked up into the sky, and saw a shooting star - you just can't beat a convertible!

I put my afternoon to good use...I drove over most of the route that I will take you on for the 2nd Zoo MED. No tight turns, but lots of sweeping curves that I think will bring big smiles to your faces!!!
