I agree that hardtop guy is supposed to be the cheapest.

Call Alex at Checkered Flag Honda in VA Beach. He is a friend and did the '04 front bumper conversion.

Be careful, the syrofoam backing on the '04 is a little thicker than previous years. So you need to shave it or the older bumper combined with '04 cover will put two little stress marks on the ledge near the inside of the headlight.

Hard to explain but try calling Alex Snyder. He is the CO of Mid-A forum and one of the leaders of our wild Hampton Roads Cowboys.
