After the body work was done, the guy mentioned my tires in the front were larger then the rear. So here is the tire sizes lol, 225/55/16 in the front, 225/50/16 in the rear. I did not do this when I purchased the car the guy said he just put new tires on it, I call LIES on that! I think he bought them used and did not know there were different sizes in the front and rear. Would you guys recommend that I buy new fronts ASAP?

Like I said earlier you should probably get new tires. The currect sizes are 205/55-16 front and 225/50-16 rear. You can go with a larger rear tire if you want, say a 245/50-16.

Tires on this car are pretty important it is not a place to go cheap. Trust me you will notice a big difference with good tires on the car.

You have Fuzion ZRI's, right? If the 225/50's have decent tread, buy some 245/45's and put them on the rear and 225's on the front. If the 225's are under 50%, I'd probably just get new sticky tires all around (like Dunlop star specs).

I had some Riken Raptors put on the car by the dealership before I bought the car. While they performed decently, they were nothing compared to the Bridgestone RE-01r's I put on last year. The Dunlops I think are a good bit better than the Stones too, and fairly cheap for summer tires.

The fronts have good tread 225/55/16 I was thinking of taking the front and putting them in the rear, taking the rear putting them in the front and replacing with 2 tires like this:
http://www.discounttire.com/dtcs/filterTir...clr=*&x=31&y=13

Then later on replace the rears. Does this make sense or is it stupid and should I just go all around. If I go all around should I go with the above brand, or these:

I want the best bang for my buck and discount tire sounds good, I am not good with tires so any help would be great.

Your diameter is way off on the 225/55. Do you have the same brand rears? How's the tread life. Mixing tires on the S2000 is not usually recommended. You can post in the Tire & Wheel section to see if the combo you will be using is acceptable though. If the rears have good tread you could get some new fronts in the correct sizes or as another poster suggested, put the rears up front and get wider rears. FWIW, discount tire will price match tirerack prices (and they can order in a lot of stuff which they don't list on there webpage).

Also, please note that the rim diameter on the fronts and rears are different! You cannot just move a tire from the back to the front (unless the tires are mounted on the wrong rims).

Also, here's a tire size calculator:

http://www.1010tires.com/tiresizecalculator.asp

Plug in the numbers and you'll see that the diameter on the 225/55/16 is way off.
