You're going to need a stupid long breaker bar, a longer pipe to go over it and a lot off ass and swearing to break the bolt. Don't use heat or anything like that, just use a snapping motion. You will need the honda pulley wrench which is basically a big nut with a handle on it to hold the pulley while you pull. A pulley remover is needed to remove the pulley from the crank. That's about it. Searching vortech sc posts on here should give you an idea as they have to swap pulleys.

just take off the accessory belt and the 19mm bolt that holds the pulley on. The bolt is usually pretty tough to get off, but if it has been removed before it shouldnt be too bad.

Is it a reverse thread or regular? How hard is the pulley to get off
