outlaw sport compact performance booster

i bought a can of this just to give it a try to use on the day of the autox at new bern.
so i filled it up at 5:30 in the morning on my drive over there on an empty tank.
i didn't feel any performance difference throughout the whole day BUT i have noticed a increase of gas mileage. Now take this into consideration, i have gotten 275 miles off this tank with plenty of v-tecing throughout the day and also crusing at speeds of 85-90 on us-70 and occasionally in 5th gear to stop the droning from my exhaust. when i divided out the number 275 from the amount of fuel i consumed. i got 26-27 miles per gallon.
my average was 20-21 on an tank prior to the use of this stuff.
Any thoughts or comments?

Word of caution: When I had Sean from TorqueFreaks in town to tune my car I asked him about octane boosters. He said they don't add any performance and absolutely not to use it in a FI S2k.
I am not saying it didn't have an effect on your mileage, I just wanted to pass along his advice. There was a thread a while back about octane booster:

MMT is a chemical to avoid according to Road Rage. Check and see if "Outlaw Sport" uses this chemical. Apparently boosters only raise your octane from say 93 to 93.3. I haven't seen any positive testimonials for octane booster thus far.
