Much of your list is useless for any real track (road course) time. If you want it to handle, throw your list away and start over. You need to figure out how you want the car to act and use parts that complement each other to get the handling to your liking. Just mixing and matching parts that look good on paper isn't going to get you anywhere. It would suck to spend all that money on various parts only to be pissed at the car because you can't drive it how you want to.
You can forget about ITB's if you're going to DD the car. I also don't get why you'd spend the cash on a Mugen hard top and put "lesser" quality body parts elsewhere.

Throw away the list. You have got a lot to learn. A car with those mods would not flow one bit. Spend your time looking through here instead of picking 75% off whatever website you were looking on.
