Default One Lap of America

One Lap of America race series is stopping at BMW on Wednesday. If you are not familiar with the event, it is basically a big race series that takes place all over the US for only a couple days. Teams race at one track and immediatly proceed to the next. (Cannonball style) Racing starts at 4PM at the BMW test track. Is anyone planning on going to this event? The cars that are involved are ridiculous. Here are some pictures of the cars that will be present. Should be a ton of fun. I know a lot of you working folk won't be able to make it.

I'm pretty sure you can. I have a bunch of friends that are heading up, that's how I found out. There might be a small charge, but I doubt it.

Yep. I'll be there. I'm thinking of going out to Carolina Motorsports Park in the morning to catch them there, then head back to BMW.

How far away is CMP from the BMW track? That is a really good idea. I have a meeting for work at 2:00 so hopefully it will be done by 3:00 and I can head up to BMW then. I really wanna hear/see these bad boys.
