No cage for the parade lap stuff.
Don't know about the decal program I will ask.
I think the cage attracts attention to the car and thus the decals/event but I will ask tomorrow.

To do the parade lap on track with the drivers/vips before the race yes no cages.
Now I am going to get clarification for the decal and car coral parking.
So don't totally disregard this just yet just based on your cage.

I will be attempting to get some relief on roll bars for the parade laps because if we come up short on cars we are going to need a backup plan to fill all the slots for the parade laps with the drivers/VIPS

I would definitely be in for this if I didn't have a wedding to go to the following weekend. I went to the St. Pete race last year and was surprised to see the S2k's doing parade laps. My gf and I are big Indy fans, but there's just no way I can make it.
