Thanks for the PMs and offers everyone, you guys are great. I've been in a whirlwind trying to figure out my misfire problems the past few days. I think it may be the regulator now as I discovered today that all cylinders seem to be running too rich and fouling the spark plugs. I will be switching back to the stock regulator tomorrow to see if that fixes the issues. Thanks again everyone, I really appreciate the help.
