I wanted a quick sale. That is why I got the carmax quote and told people I'd would be willing to part with it for a few hundred more. I was stuck with a car once when I first came over to the US. I didn't want to do the carmax thing so I tried to do a private sale. I had to come over and leave the car at the in-laws. A year went by and I went back for a visit. It was hearbreaking... I sold it the next day for 2/3 of the real price (I was in Sydney for 4 days only). So knowing I was going to take a beating anyway I rather take it now and not last minute.
Sure, you can all come once we find a place of our own. I think early next year would be OK. We are thinking of building a house so unless you want to sleep in a tent next to the workers.... :-)

Jim, I was thinking of you today as I have been editing all the track videos (not working anymore) and was viewing the famous 100MPH spin from two different angles (mine and the car behind.)
It was interesting to hear the reactions from both instructors at the same time (I overlayed the videos). It comes out very caotic but fun at the same time.
Let me know if you would like a copy (once the DVD is created , making an extra copy is a piece of cake). It will have all three CMP track days (Jul, Oct & Nov), Roebling (Nov) and AutoX (Oct & Nov). Each track day will come out 10-15 minutes long max (best lap, worse lap & interesting bits). You may be able to use it for instructional purposes.. :-)
