I was like you Diego...couldn't picture how the lift caused a dent waaaaaaay up on top of the fender like that (like a "buckle" in the metal or something ). So I called Raul & he explained it...but its worth noting that he also mentioned it in his initial post above as well and I just didn't put 2 and 2 together.

Okay...our car sits so low (even stock) that the "swing away" lift arms were ever-so-slightly not managing to make it completely under Raul's lift posts along the bottom corners of the car. So the technican got the bright idea that rather than use a separate jack to lift the car a little to allow the lift arms to clear underneath the car...he lifted the corner of the car up slightly by grabbing at the highest point of Raul's front wheelwell/fender and pulling up in the air. In doing so, the thin metal buckled a little and left a permanent dent (that was summarily repaired to Raul's satisfaction).
