Wednesday night probably works best for me. I'd suggest someplace in the Vista, but parking is a hassle. We could do the Wild Wings at Harbison ~7pm on wednesday if it works for you guys.

If you can, change the title to have "UPDATED" or something like that in it. Change the first post in there to have the details and post again saying something like "First post updated with day, time & location."
That way, if folks aren't keeping up with this thread, they should be informed.
