Oh...and just to "UPDATE" folks here...

The $1,000 savings is BYE-BYE! The axles were not good from the "donor" car...so I went ahead and ordered 'em new.

Bad thing...more $$$ to fix her now...worst thing...I may not have her until the week of the 15th...

So what? I also VTEC'd...with my ELEMENT...

 

Good news today...all of the parts have arrived (except the axles)...but they'll be in late Wednesday night...so they'll be installed sometime Thursday/Friday. The mechanic feels that if all goes well...I'll have my baby back sometime Friday afternoon.

That will be awesome...I'll keep folks posted.
