The torque numbers are artificially high because there was a loss of ignition/tac signal (from car to dyno) which can be seen on the chart at the higher rpm levels. It manifests itself as a spike in the torque line or a series of spikes depending on the extent of loss of tac signal. This loss of ignition signal is usually due to lack of grounds in comparison to electrical noise or an over heated ignition pick up module (part of the dyno) in rare cases. Usually, grounding the motor directly to the dyno (preferably) or to the chassis with jumper cables will keep this from happening. In cases where a car uses spark plug wires, zip tying the wires together (interference) or using overly insulated wires (ignition pick up have trouble reading) will do this as well.
If you are able to post the chart by itself, one can simply ignore these spikes and look at the area right before ignition signal is lost to see what the torque numbers really are. Unfortunately its hard to tell in the vid. Regardless, this should be a fun car to drive. ;-)
