Default Moving to Alaska :(

So I'm in the army and I just got orders in Alaska in Jan . But now I just got sent to afghanistan for a couple of months and my date should get push back, hopefully it March or so give me more time to come up with a plan. So what I'm toren with is my s2k should I take it up there or sell it . I'm going to be there fore 3 years and my s2k is my dd and I'm not sure I can afford another car at this time. S2k in winter NO chance with the snow and all so I really don't know what I should do and even if I get another car the s2k is going to sit there for 8 months out of the year witch is kinda dumb to pay for a car that just still so long kinda pointless IMO so yeah I'm stuck ! (kinda just venting but yeah great timing as well my motor is getting rebuild and wire tucked right now .)

Just make the S into a rally car

Otherwise, I'd sell it.

After a lot of thinking and talking it over with everyone ... Im just going to take it to Alaska and drive it in the summer. For one the wife wanted to kick my A** when I told her about selling it, I have to much invested just to let it go and start over with something else's. So it will be an interesting next 3 years.

Try and get an extra set of stock wheels for winter tires - it will make it much more usable up there.

Glad you chose to keep it! Would've hated to see it go, especially if it went into the wrong hands.
