They do Chicago style pizza and obviously other things. The pizza is really good IMHO. It is almost like a pastry dough.. kind of doughy and flaky(not sure if those are both words but you get the idea).

It's Chicago pizza...like pan pizza. Almost like Sicilian, but not. They also have normal "hand tossed" pizza. But normal for some folks could be pan screen pizzas or even flatbread pizzas... It all depends what you're into and what you like. I've had UNOs before and found it to be good. We got together in the one over by Alcoa, TN as an S2K club and then the one in Charlotte too. Pretty good service and good food for the price.
RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCH!
Looking forward to it.

I can't make it as I''m in Phoenix. See you next month I hope.
Went to the local S2k meet last night out here in my rented Challenger. They meet every Monday night at Krispy Kreme at 81st and Bell Road on the west side not too far from the Cardinal's stadium. About nine mostly AP1's but there was a nice '08 CR with a brand new Mugen carbon HT (thanks to someone stealing the original off the car some time ago).
Most of the curvy roads are miles away from here and except for the tracks, they are mostly limited to straight line grid network of roads... boring. And, they have speeding cameras so if anyone needs a good passport photo along with their mailed in speeding ticket, Phoenix is the place to be. Sunny and 60's now.
