Default Meteor shower last night...

Last night from 12-1am the Geminid meteor shower was in full effect. It was so much better than the Leonid shower was last month. I was seeing 3-5 at a single time and I wasnt in the best lighting conditions either. If you missed last night, theyll be going on the rest of the week, just not as good!

Yeah, I was out walking in the neighborhood around 830ish that night and I saw two really nice ones and another smaller one. I was wondering if maybe there was a meteor shower going on that I didnt know about. Went inside and looked it up on the net and sure enough there was, so I went back out and saw about ten more or so. Geminids was quite nice this year, hopefully we will get a better Leonids next year. It's been a while since we've had a decent one.
