meet on this coming sunday?
#15
Rogazilla mentioned that he also needed time on Sunday to go to the fair. Smiley147 said he has a soccer game and would have to leave by 3:30. Saki GT said he preferred afternoon. So, it sounds like maybe earlier would be better. Frankie's opens at noon on Sunday. So ...
How about 12:30?
Between 12:30 and 1:00 can be the "look at each others cars" time, and then we can grab a bite to eat at 1:00 and then head for the "track".
Post up if your in, please.
Does this work for our interested out-of-towners? speed4tu? JDMallmotorAP1? daytontp?
How about our potential Z06 guest, Enthusiast?
Here's a list of everyone who has expressed interest so far:
mikecl713, the OP
Saki GT
Rogazilla
daytontp? This would be quite a trek for him, I think.
Smiley147
UNC04SuzukaBlue, that's me. I'm in for sure.

Directions are here: Directions to Frankie's
Take I-40 until you get near the RDU airport. Then follow the above website's directions that start with "From I-40" (see below).
From I-40: Take I-540, take exit 4B Highway 70 West towards Durham. Turn left at the second traffic light which is TW Alexander Drive. After a quarter mile, turn right onto Fun Park Drive.

More maps and directions ...
Here's a link to google maps. Google couldn't find the exact address (the road is too new, I suspect), but here is the nearby intersection of Glenwood Ave. (Hwy 70) and TW Alexander Drive.

I'm playing golf at 8AM tomorrow. The foursome should be done around lunch time, and I actually already had parallel plans to be at Frankie's tomorrow with a friend. So I will show up around 2 or so.
Hope to see someone there. If you see me...err, who am I kidding, you will hear me first, come find me!
