I averaged around 16mph in my S2K

geez do the pre 04's really get that horrible gas millage. I avg about 26-27

.....actully now that i think of it i get about 25-26(heavy foot)

It completely depends on how you drive. I never felt like the gears should be shifted before the rev limiter blinked.

However, i will concede that I got over 30 mph on an all interstate trip in the rain when the car was new and I wasnt vtecing it.

Right now, it appears I am getting 19mpg in the RX-8. That is a combo of City/Highway. That really is about the same as the S2k for me.
