Default Just Saying Hi

I just wanted to say hi and let you guys know I am still in Iraq sort of. I am actually in Germany recoverying from an inguinal Hernia operation. I feel a lot better than 2 weeks ago. I have to go back to Iraq soon.

I wanted to drive on the Autobahn so bad but they won't let patients drive cars, So I guess I will have to do it another time. I see an S every once and a while and it makes me miss mine.

I hope every one's doing okay and enjoying life.

Thats the longest deployment I've heard of...after those 6 months that will put you close to 2 years right? maybe a year and a half?

When they called me back up off the Inactive Ready Reserve list they gave me 18 months of deployment with up to a year of that being overseas in Iraq. I was called up in Jan 22nd and step foot in Iraq in April. I should be fully done with this deployment in July of 07 some time. But I'll be back in the states by march. Most of the other months are train up and outprocessing time.

What's Going On Jason.
I am looking foward to going to a few events when I get back. I've been looking at getting the engine redone for higher boost applications and changing the whole turbo set up. I hope I can get it done in time. I've read so many theads the past few days it seems confusing as which route to go.
I want to go all out with the power this time. No 300 or 400hp I am really serious about getting 700+ rwhp. I am not sure who to go with any more. I like Laskey or inline for the motor but am not really sure about the turbo setup. I already have some of the main parts that will work with any setup, the other parts will have to go up for sale. We'll see, that's a whole other thread.

Get intouch with Chad (Black Nugget) a CO in the Mid-A.. he is doing the same thing... actually (500+HP), I think he is having his car trailered up north pretty soon to have a 300ZX rear end put in to handle the HP and torque. He would be a great source of info for you.
