Oh I bet he could, and you could probably get to anywhere between 165 and 220 if you tried. The problem is you have to be an athlete while doing it. No pulled muscles, no running out of gas, you have to be used to your body. The both of you practice like serious fighters, you appear to others like you intend to win, and you achieve just that. I think you would be much more confident in your game if your body comp was 8% fat with a 275 lb bench, and josh a 12% bodyfat with 400 lb bench would be nice. I want you 2 to understand the feeling of what its like to be unstoppable.

Its not only that. When people look at you, you can tell they are thinking that you are scary. You will feel out of place in a room full of other martial artists that are not in shape. People will be afraid that you will hurt them, so many will refuse to train with you.

At this point, to be honest with you, you will have to go somewhere special to hit a load of people who will destroy you. You will find 1 or 2 in most gyms who will eventually win against you, but to find more than 5, you will have to choose wisely. I think imma go to bed. have a nice night!
