Have you reset the CPU (disconnect the battery for 10 minutes)? It may need to 'learn' the new fuel set-up... Also, what plugs you running? It is a common mistake to gap plugs that don't need to be gapped.

Airgate,

Not sure if you are still having problems, but my cel came on and it ran rough. I took it in and they cleared the codes saying it was a fluke misfire and sent me on my way. The light came on again after driving for 2 miles and shutting it down then restarting it (ran in a store). I took it back to the dealership for them too look at it again. I had to leave it and they decided to replace all the injectors. When I went to pick it up, they said that before they replaced the injectors it misfired 110 times, they replaced one and it knocked it down to about 20, then they replaced all of them and it stopped misfiring completely. Its been about 2k miles now, and I don't have a problem. Hope this helps.

It was the fuel injector for cylinder #1. They replaced it and my baby runs as good as the first day I bought her with 12 miles on the odometer. My extended warranty covered the repair too. The repairs totaled nearly $500. So I'm glad I purchased the extended warranty.

You won't know how bad it was until they have it back to normal. I think my Comptech exhaust made it sound worse. At any rate, all is good now. Thanks for asking.

I have the Comptech SC with a Spugen exhaust. Did they give you much hassle about your mods? That is my main concern, if it is my injectors, if they will blame it on Comptech's aftermarket FPR by saying it puts out too much pressure over the stock FPR and damaged the injectors, and therebye not cover it!

Thanks for the info.

Anything is possible. I have a good rapport with my servicing Honda dealer and I removed my CAI before the fuel injector was replaced. A good call as the Extended Warranty folks sent an inspector to look at my S. The mods don't cause the issue, IMO. I just wanted to get rid of the CAI. Hated the whole cleaning of the filter and wanted to simplify my maintenance routine. The inspector did not mention a word on the Comptech exhaust.
