Keep it simple and romantic. Sex is not necessary on Valentine's Day. Just give her a nice box of chocolates, some roses (if she is into roses) and maybe a stroll on the beach or something, ending with a nice dinner (make those reservations).

Thanks for all the ideas and help everyone. I took my lady to the "Peddler" in Spartanburg S.C. It is a very nice restaurant, I was pleased with everything. Afterwards we got a movie from Blockbuster (mtm584) and then stopped and got some cheesecake(aceprince) @ Outback on the way home. She had a great time and so did I.
