LOL.... I am not sure where you are going with the 'kinda strict' and 'can't stay the night anywhere' comments....
Are you asking for date suggestions or day sex suggestions??

i would laugh, but i dated a girl like that for a couple years. doh
im just going to a spa here in town. modern day spa for a massage
and then we're just going to cook dinner. i told a few people, and
they were like "thats it", and i replied, if thats not enough, i'll kick
her to the curb
if you are set on spending some bling on food, go here
http://www.charlottecentercity.org/index1024.cfm
click on the vday banner and there are some restaurants. aquavina
is gross. stay away from there. another idea is sonoma if you plan
to eat in uptown. i personally like guytanos(my recommendation...
just dont eat breakfast and lunch before you go) by the south park mall,
and 300 east located in the southend. i eat at one of those places at
least once a week. just make sure you get some reservations, playa.

I'm partial to staying at home, having a good meal with a good bottle of wine, and just having a leisurely, boozy conversation over a game of chess. Then you can have a moonlight drive (with the top down, of course) back to her house.
But if you want to brave the over crowded, and over priced restaurants, I suggest Santee in Matthews. Its small and very romantic (low lighting, soft music), with excellent food. And since its off of I-485 its quick to get to.
I'm anti- Valentines day though (I refuse to celebrate it) so I may not be the best person to give advice.

Hah! I'm off the hook for V-Day!
One day last week when my wife came home all strung-out I asked her if my V-day gift to her could be dinner out at a really nice restuarant (that night).
She agreed and I got out of the hassle's of buying a dozen roses and the Valentines Day dinner crowds.
