i think something is wrong
whats up guys i need some input from u guys that have had your s for a while now. ok well i picked up an s about a week ago used 03 with 23k on it i think something is wrong with my tranny/clutchsymptoms: gears, it is really hard for me to get into first on a stop and third is also very knotty, the other thing is lets say im driving real slow or im in reverse when i come to a complete stop in gear i get a bad tremble from somewhere.

Welcome to the Carolinas and S2ki. 
First thing I would do is change the tranny fluid to the new synthetic mixed Honda MTF (lime green label). If that didn't ease the harshness of the tranny it may be a larger issue.
The tremble is because you aren't carrying enough revs. Remember, the S2000 isn't a lazy Chevy, you have to keep her revs up. You will learn the 3-3.5k rpms is its sweet spot, and letting the engine go lower than that will cause it to bog, shutter, and at worse.... stall.

That's low miles to have these issues 
Try changing your tranny fluid first as Mulder mentioned... might as well do the diff fluid too... Use good stuff though, don't skimp and see what happens then.
