Hi everyone. I purchased my s2k a few weeks ago and have about 1100miles on the odo already. I just stumbled upon this part of the boards today after hanging around this site for the last couple of years. Anyway, I'm loving the car so far and just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm 25 and work for the Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Jackson and live in Columbia. I finished up grad school about a year ago at Clemson University with my M.S. in mech. engineering.

I've read a few threads already about meets, trackdays, etc. and I'd love to do some of this stuff too to meet everyone. Also this would give me a chance to see some of the many mods available for the S in person. It's one thing to see pictures, but to actually see them helps make the decision making process a little easier. I've already been thinking about clearing headlights, intake, exhaust, etc. and just about any of the accessories that Rick sells. This car is going to make me poor!

I was gonna say the same thing to you.

actually, I'm not from the south so I'm not into that whole rivalry as much as most people. I can definitely get into a usc-clemson football game though. The only reason I chose clemson over usc was grad school ended up being paid for. So, try not to hold the whole clemson thing against me. If you see me around give me a wave.

Yea, we've all got the bug. Honda engineers a beautifuly designed car and we change/add things to it. But it's so fun! It's like Christmas Day every time the UPS truck rolls up to my driveway!
