Wow Dre... I don't know why you went through all of that man. I know he has posted several time in the street encounters forum also of his "kills"...
I'm having fun going back and randomly reading his stories now.

On a totally unrelated note, blood pressure pills are on sale.

I still don't know why he didn't refinance it in his name and save you some troubles...

seems pretty shady between both parties if you ask me...

One hand you give a 19 year old kid the rights to drive your car and basically own it just to give you a car payment every month...while you still payed insurance under it. Kinda stupid if you ask me, why pay insurance on a car your not driving.

On the other hand he shouldn't had been racing that car at all or driving it for that matter if he doesn't rightfully own it.

I think there more to this story then what dre and paul is telling us.

Then again its none of my business plus i'm kinda trying to sober up!

I think you're (edited by airgate), plus, don't you have my stock seats? Do I have a right to ask for them back?

I had him sign an agreement with me to re-finance the car within 7 months. If he didn't I would repossess the car or extend the agreement. We verbally extended the agreement with the understanding that he would not race and not spend more cash to hook up the car. The primary focus was to re-finance the car.

My brother is a loan officer and he was trying to do me a favor and refinance it for him and not even my brother could get him done.

I tried everything to sell it to him and trusted him. He put both of us in danger with his actions.

Did Paul tell you his sneaky idea to put the car back to stock with the cheapest parts he could find, then drop it off at my house one day? I bet he didn't.
