Grrrr.....I wonder how many of Dr's other customers have been scammed. I'm sure he's not afraid to try other crap if he's working this angle.
Call the Police....might not be able to do anything, but it can't hurt
Write the Better Business Bureau....if he has any desire to stay in business, he will rectify the situation once the BBB gets involved.
Let Tire Rack know about your experience....I'm sure they want nothing to do with shady con-men
