Hey all, long time no post... Anyone know of a reputable, non-dealer, S2000 mechanic around Charlotte? I'm finally out of warranty and really don't want to pay dealer premiums on repair work.

Jack at P1 auto. I highly reccomend him. Try www.p1auto for the phone number. They are very knowledgeable and they have a mustang dyno. Also very good prices on parts. Tell them kevin with the white s2k sent you and they'll take good care of you.

 

yea i was going to Say P1 auto as well. They do all service stuff along side with modifications and things like that....

I don't think so. I just got my S 2000 about a month and a half ago. I used to have a black ep3 with black rota slips and spoon exhaust. I am looking forward to meeting all the local people at the zaino meet though.

 

krhorrocks, GREAT to hear from you! Does this mean you're back from "up north?". Hope your needed repairs aren't major.

 

p1 is a good hour from corn.
there is a honda shop on n.tryon just before the university exit. they seem to know what they are doing
and they've worked on a local mod'ed s2k in town. not giving you the thumbs up on them, but its something to
look into.

Johnny Parker at Compact Car Service on Independence Blvd (next to the body shop where we have the Zanio clinics). Great well-known service for Honda / Acuras. More than 20 yrs as a Honda specialist. They treated my fiance great with her 89 Civic (shuttle craft) until the day we sold it. Prices are reasonable. Even Hendrick Honda knows about them. When they asked if we were going to use Hendrick for service... we said, no... we use Compact Car. Their reply: Yeah Johnny is great.

Now this is the only location for our S and my TSX. Call: 7045677797.

Although I have never used the honda shop Bridow listed, I have heard very good things about them as well from my co-workers (engineers).
