Default Good contractors around Raleigh/Clayton?

Anyone got the name of a trustworthy and reputable contractor in the area? While I like to pride myself in being DIY, I have a few home projects that are a bit out of scope for me and I want them done right.

Listed by priority

1. Determine where leak is coming from into the kitchen ceiling (very minor, but important to me)

2. Install new breaker and run wire from breaker box to new outlet under sink, install plumbing, install garbage disposal (never prepped for one)

3. Finish garage, floor needs to be etched, epoxy'd, insulation in walls, sheetrocked, and painted, windows need to be trimmed. Ceiling and interior adjacent interior wall are already sheetrocked, so I just need to paint those.

The only contractors I know are primarily commercial.
