Hey guys, how'd it go? Sorry I missed it, a little too much partying the night before. You can relate, right?

It was cold. It was an ok course. 4 runs. Timing and Scoring f'ed up all of my runs. None of them matched what showed on the display, and the video matches what showed on the display (although I don't have the board in any of the video). In that respect, it sucked. The next CCR event I go to I will be confirming all of my times after each run with the T&S van.

Hmm, that's too bad. At least it was dry, and a good practice though, right?

The worst part is that the organizers don't seem to care. At the event they blew me off with a "sometimes the board doesn't show the right time." My emails regarding the usefulness of a display board that doesn't actually display the correct times have gone unanswered.

My best time was a 40.7 clean according to the board. My best guess from the video puts that run just under 41 seconds. The 42.7 in the results indicates 2 cones were added -- meaning I ran a 38.7 before the penalties. That isn't likely.

Regardless, I got to get a feel for the Hoosiers and the video shows the times are good. If I can keep the ass-end from coming around a little better, it should be a fun season!

the 2 means 2 seconds or 1 cone. they listed your best time. the 40.78. but like i said, i didnt know you coned it. i dont know what your first run was, but it was probably your best. you coned the last two runs like me.

i havent autocrossed on hoosiers, but i like getting a lot of oversteer with the yokos. if i can find an extra set of wheels, i'll get the hoosiers at the end of the month
