I really need to take my S out for a spin this weekend. I know its a holiday but if anyone is interested in going for a drive- not sure when or where yet- give me a shout.

Since you two (Huskergirl & Golden Eagle) missed the zoo run...I could always take you on that route...if you have any interest in driving to Asheboro.
Jay, if you have a better idea, then I'm all ears.
I could do Saturday after 3:00PM or most anytime on
Sunday.

Steve,
I was kind of wanting to watch Indy and Coca Cola 600 on Sunday PM.
There are alot of good roads up in Stokes, Surry, Alleghany Counties and on the VA border but maybe we should save them for another time. Maybe Saturday afternoon in your neck of the woods could work. If we do that what time are you available?

Jay,
I could be ready to go about 2:30PM...unfortunately I work on Saturdays, and that is the earliest I can get out of the office.
Obviously, I'm familiar with the 'zoo route', but I'm up for whatever the majority wishes to do.
Kallan,
If you came up to Asheboro (1.5 hrs up)...the 'zoo route' is about 45-50 min...and it's about 1.5 hrs back to Charlotte from here. So, I think you could be back in Charlotte by 6:30PM, easily.

Dragon on Monday?
When she's back on the ground, she will have a few extra goodies, though.

Lexington BBQ sounds good, actually - been working in KS, and the bbq is just not as good as here in NC.
I'm up for something Sat, if we decide on anything - otherwise, I may end up in Lexington anyway!
