Insurance companies are thieves! anytime you have a beef with an insurance company, send a letter to the insurance commision where you live. that will get their attention. i had claims problems one time and wrote a letter to them and the next week i got 4 phone calls from the insurance company appollogizing for the hassleand got my check.
