Default Earth Hour survey 8:30-9:30 PM

We remembered Earth Hour at about 8:45. Turned off the lights, TV, and shut down the computer. It was a nice, quiet and relaxing hour. We need to do this more often, if only to decompress.

I've heard of this before, but I had no idea it was today.

Especially with us , you must tell us BEFORE the event a day or so....and then remind us every 4 hours.

Just like the dosage for a headache

Enregy efficiency is my daily business for 28 years so awareness is a full time habit for me (except when I pull out the other "S"... Chevy S-10 which gets 15 mpg)...

LOL, well my post confirms my status -- we almost forgot it -- Earth Hour "officially" was 08:30-09:30 PM in each time zone. So, you see I did give an early reminder, only not to us folks in the East.

"Earth Hour " What a bunch of Feel Good BS.

All I needed to see was AL Gore on the front page of that site and it closed the deal.

I am proud to say that during that stupid " Earth Hour " , I was preparing for an Auto-X & looking forward to the joys of VTEC'ing my AP1.

I heard that hundreds of unused appliances and thousands of unnecessary lights were turned off for this event - and that was just in Al Gore's house.
