Well, if it makes any difference, I ( and Nathan) am usually found at the Saucer on Wednesday nights. Im working on my plate. SO, if you need me...

 

I'm surprised no one said Dilworth - lots of bars, coffee shops, etc to hang out at. Good central location.

 

We do lots of gathering in the Charlotte area. Just this weekend, what was gonna be SC_Highlander and I installing my new Koni shocks, became a freakin' awesome get together where many changed their fluids, brakes and installed some goodies!

My home is in Matthews, but I'm game for anywhere in Charlotte for a gathering!

Dave and Nathan, I like the regular meet idea of Flying Saucer! Maybe we can make something of it! We all have so much going on during the week, but we can all help one another by doing drives, tech days and just hanging out!

Some things to keep in mind for a meeting place.

1) Convienent place to get to via interstate and little traffic
2) Good, safe, and adequate parking (safety reasons)
3) Reasonable pricing
4) Might consider making arrangements with management to get some special deals for us.

When I was in S. Florida we had a regular meeting time every Tuesday night at around 9pm. We hung out till 11 or 12am. Not suggesting the same thing, but maybe a meet time on Wed. or Thurs. at around 7pm. Grab dinner, a drink or two, and conversate a bit.

This Beantown or Tavern on the Tracks, what are the weekly schedules like (i.e. when is their least busiest night?)? I would personally prefer a place in uptown or right around uptown, due to some parking concerns there.

just got back from phil n tony's!

great LARGE outside patio, 1.50 domestics on wednesdays, and live band from 10pm til close. AND at the arboretum! lots of parking!

 

Andreas, what would you do without beer?
