[SIZE=7][FONT=Courier] Eric and I just found this, and it aligns with my days off, so we are coming down Friday. He is really looking forward to it. 2 weeks ago we went to NOPI @ Bristol, and made a pass of the Skyway and Dragon. We really love this type of driving, but he said it was not the same doing it solo. 
That Friday the dragon was crawling with Cops. 8 state and 2 county rides shotting Ka. On the few straight away 1 was shotting and the other was playing pursuit car. We passed a Pourshe group on one of the straight ways on the Skyway and they were airing out too.
Not sure were we are staying, now that Eric is legal I'm letting him make the plans.

Hi "Dad", Good to hear you and Eric can be there. I just got in from the SuperMeet, so am pretty tired...but I'll get some definite meeting plans up sometime next week. Most overnighters are staying at Tapoco lodge, if you're interested in that. (See the first post).

Since this is completely unofficial meet,
I wasn't going to post a schedule....so consider these as unofficial meeting times/places. 
Turns out Ron gets to show up at the Dragon a day early, as he's working in TN next week.
I plan to leave Charlotte around 9:00 am Friday, 8/6, and take the I-85 S/Hwy 321/I-40 route to Asheville, then head down through Nantahala to 129. I estimate arriving at Tapoco lodge around 1:00 for lunch and afternoon Dragon runs. Post here if you'd like to leave from Charlotte that early or meet up en-route, and we'll hook up!
For those joining us Saturday am; let's meet up at Tapoco Lodge around 9:00 am Saturday. (On the NC side; 3 miles from the Dragon on Hwy 129 headed towards Robbinsville.) Those of us staying there will probably head down for breakfast around 8:00-8:30, so feel free to join us earlier for breakfast if you'd like.
If you're coming from the TN side, and just don't feel like getting up that early
, just look for us on the Dragon; should be easy to see! No lunch plans yet; although the Tapoco Lodge has a nice restaurant.
We'll play the afternoon by ear...depending on where folks want to drive. Are we there yet??????????

Sheila, we would like to meet somewhere for the drive west. Around 09:00 works for us. We just need a place to meet.
