Default Civic DIY question. Looking for some expert help.

Looking to crowd source a Honda Civic question.

I replace the SRS module on a 2006 Civic because of an internal fault error that, apparently, cannot be cleared. After installing the new/used module (exact same part number), I’m left with an 81-64 code “ECU Serial ID Code Inconsistent Front Passenger's Weight Sensor Unit”.

As a DIY person, I’d like to fix it myself but I’m not sure I have the equipment to do so. Everything I read seems to require a Honda Diagnostic Computer.

Is there a way to reset this myself or, is there someone who isn’t a dealership in the Charlotte area that can “fix” it?

Thank you in advance.
