Hey guys,

I was looking into having the Uk exhaust mod done to my 06 ap2 around the charlotte area or surrounding. Anybody knows of a place that is reputable that they can vouch for and how much they got it done for. Sorry in advance if this topic has come up before, thanks guy.

They did it for a friends of mines S2K. Think it was $100 with the exhaust unmounted and brought to them.

Just don't go with a pipe that is the same size as the rest of the exhaust...it's in my opinion just to loud. If running a test pipe it in my opinion did NOT sound good sound! Unfortunately I could never find anyone local to compare/contrast or even try out on my car with a TP.

Back to stock I went. Probably just went with a pipe that was to big. Good Luck!

I was thinking either between 38mm or 44mm on stock exhaust, no test pipe or anything.

I was wondering the same butinthe Ft. Bragg/Fayetteville/Raeford area. If anybody could help and point me in the right direction. I mayjust stop by a few random exhaust shops and see what they'd charge; it can't be too difficult and I'm sure they all have a welder who can get it done.

Just a bit of an update, I finally got a quote for doing the mod from Coffey and they were asking for $150. So I guess I'm looking elsewhere.

I'm going to have a friend do mine. I can post pictures when we get it done and we can try to work a deal for him to do yours if you like the quality.

sorry for the late reply... he likes it yes... he must have gotten the "friends" deal. I did see a couple pics and the welding wasnt the greatest but no leaks.
