Quick question. Are any of you lawyers in the cary/raleigh area. Specifically does anyone have any knollege of property law. A local mortage firm is attempting to defraud me out of a small some of money. Im not horribly concered because i am fairly certain if it ever goes to court i will easily win the case; but i would really appreaciate any info/ imput. If you are qualified in this matter please pm me.

 

Just wanted to give a conclusion for those who took the time to read my rant back in june. THe morgage company sent me a threating letter saying they were going to mess up my credit if i didnt pay them X amount of dollers with in 10 days. I called the NC banking commision the very next day to report everything and called the morgage company back and all of a sudden i have no bill anymore. Those banking commishion people are great they really looked me out.

You should counter sue for such a low blow.

 

I was going to if the company pressed this any further. But i rather use my vacation days for fun rather then BS. Also if i won it would be for such a marginal amount of money its not worth my time. But believe me i considered it
