Oh, another Q. Why does Marlboro sponsor a Ferrari? SHouldn't they be on the Dodge Neon?

 

And a serious question now that I read all about them. There seem to be a lot of different chassis' and engines. They all weigh the same and have a similar displacement, is there any dramatic difference in power for the engines, or handling for the chassis? Or are they designed to be close enough that it's a pure drivers race?
