Charlotte F1 Club??? Is there really such a thing and if so.....why is this the first I've heard about it. I mean....I am the guy with the 'F1' license plate
Thought I would be hanging out at Speed w/ the guys, but I may have to make a change of plans,
So there really are F1 fans besides me in the Land o Nascar

I got the above invite from a guy that I met at the last autoX in Fort Mill. He apparently has a group of 15-20 enthusiasts that meet to watch every race.

I'm in. And bringing a few folks as well. Looking forward to it. Anyone know if they'll have snacks? Or is it BYOS?

Yes, but I can't EAT prizes!! Well, usually. Anyone have a good site to learn a basics of F1? Like how many men on a team, points they get for the extra goal, etc? Thanks.

F1 Live! is a good site for the basics, but ask away as I can pretty much answer any F1 questions.
Men on a team:
Varies from 100-350 depending on the size of the team, but I think you may mean team members active in pit stops. That is unlimited, but usually numbers 16-18.
Extra Points:
There are no 'extra' points for qualifying, fast laps, etc. Just the 10,8,6,5,4,3,2,1 system.
