D'Oh! That's what I get for glancing through stuff on my phone and coming back to my laptop to post. Looks like I'll be calling up Evasive and placing an order!

The Berk test pipe completly changed the sound of my TRD SX cat back exhaust and IMO it was by far for the better. No drone and the sound was amazing. This exhaust was loud to begin with but the test pipe really made such a great improvement on quality of sound and elimnation of drone. Also you probably know it had the nice CEL fix. Very livable on a daily driver. So I guess to sum up my point the test pipe works great at low RPM/cruising RPM due to drone elimination and in the high revs makes a cat-back exhaust sound even sweeter.
A couple of my personal Exhaust Videos:

Good luck deciding.

Mike has my old berk HFC on his q300, it fit wrong on my car, and so i traded for his invidia test pipe.

NOTE:
-It will be a little more of a rasp @vtec with the berk
-Test pipe makes it hella raspy (realllyyyyy bad with the q300)
-I heard the differences on theDRIFTER (Mike) s2000

Customer service is great with Berk, they offered to pay for shipping for my HFC and repair it for me, but i didnt want as much interior drone so the test pipe was the way to go.

I have a 70mm Asura Designs HFC with the optional wideband bung. I love the fact that you can practically see straight through it, so you know the flow is nice. It is a bit louder than the stock cat, but a great deal quieter than a TP. Right now it's off my car since I am running a Berk 70mm TP with the optional wideband bung. I keep the HFC around for when I'm feeling green and when I get worried about my rear bumper catching on fire because of all the fire balls that shoot out with the TP

You got more drone with the HFC vs the TP? weird.

You trade drone for rasp. But in my case, any drone is over 5k which is higher than cruising speeds so you only really hear it when getting on it anyway.

It's common for this to happen. When there is a cat installed, the sound inside the cabin is louder but the overall exhaust volume is lower. TP's just make it loud coming out of the back, so there's less drone inside the cabin. A member here on s2ki did a YouTube video comparing his invidia exhaust with a cat and with a TP.

Got my berk 70mm HFC with my 70mm Greddy RS on. I also have a K&N FIPK. Louder than stock. Not obnoxious. Zero drone. Incredible at full throttle above 5-6k. Couldn't be happier. Fully street legal. STR autocross legal. No pollution, No cancer smoke in the garage. Recommended.

So I went with TPhong's Berk TP he had laying around. The smell is iffy, it doesn't really bother me. The only true complaint I have is the rasp I get in heavy acceleration between 3-4k rpm. Other than that it seems to do the trick!

Thank you to everyone who posted an opinion and experience, it is greatly appreciated!
