Thought you mixed it up real well. I know our entire group thought you did a better job than kevamine.
Unfortunately I wasn't a huge fan of PVD that night. To be hoenst I thought the whole thing was way over choreographed and nothing like the events from years ago. ( I used to DJ and lived in Florida and overseas a lot). I mean PVD hit play and pretty much walked away. No crowd interaction, no building up of the beat and then dropping a mean break.
I've always liked PVD and thoguht he was number 2 in my books, but didnt seem like her brought his A-game that night. We need Tiesto to come around!

I'm a big fan of some of the early 2000s techno, don't care much for the newer stuff
Best techno song ever imho - DJ Hydro - Trippin the Trance

I like a few remixes of Return to Ibiza, DJ Alligator, and DJ Caffeine.

kevins actually a pretty damn good dj.. he gets a little impatient.
i would have normally spun a much chiller opening set but the crowd really wasnt responding.
i guess no one really gives a shit about music progression anymore these days..
i thought Paul did fantastic. i havent heard him in years and he wasnt really DJing.
it was more of a live pa set.
his set up with 2 macbooks with ableton and 4 controllers. he was doing a lot up there.
tiesto was here a few months ago. lol. not a big fan to be honest.
i hate trance. i used to love it but then i guess i just got tired of the cheeze...
im more of a house guy.
Nice nice man...didn't know you DJ'd

yea.. been playing for a little over 15 years. i used to play out in charlotte a lot. raleigh never had much going in terms of electronic music til recently.
its been a while since i played anything though.
idk. i kinda lost interest after the whole digital revolution. the music got shittier and i just didnt have it in me to keep up.
id rock 2 turn tables and a mixer over cd players to be honest.
i threw events for a little while too but thats probably the fastest way to throw your money away if you wanna hear something new.
